‘It was smiles all round as the finest British comedy talent descended once again on BAFTA, 195 Piccadilly, to celebrate the BEST OF BRITISH COMEDY - an exclusive fundraising event in aid of The Cinema and Television Benevolent Fund.

Some of comedy’s most acclaimed names and faces hosted tables for over 200 influential guests from the British Film and Television industries.  The table hosts were a delectable mix of some of Britain’s finest comedy actors, writers and stand-up comedians.

British comedy legend Barry Cryer was key host for the event. There were also live stand-up performances by Arthur Smith, Shappi Khorsandi and Ed Byrne courtesy of The Comedy Store; London’s premiere comedy venue.
