conference room hire

The Fund is delighted to be able to offer a new conference room for hire with full audio/visual facilities that will accommodate up to 22 people. Refreshments are available and buffet lunches can be catered for at prices to be negotiated.

rates & facilities

  • AV facilities include laptop compatible digital projection, JVC Multi-standard VHS, DVPS 900 DVD multi-region 1-6 player, Bose AM7 Acoustamass 7 surround sound system, DTS surround stereo AMP, Phillips Pronto remote control handset, and a fast fold fixed 7' x 5' screen.
  • £25.00 per hour (from 9:30am-5:30pm).
  • £75.00 per half day (from 9:30am-1:30pm or 1:30pm-5:30pm).
  • £120.00 per full day (9:30am-5:30pm).
  • From 5:30pm a fee of £25 per hour will be charged for staff/security.
  • For weekend rates please contact us.
  • Audio visual equipment is charged at an additional £25 per hour.
  • Tea, coffee and biscuits can be prepared at a cost of £2.00.
  • All prices include the use of dedicated kitchen & cloakroom facilities.

All proceeds raised after costs from the hire of the conference room will be donated to the Cinema & Television Benevolent Fund.
