The Application Procedure

Who should apply?
The awards are open to new talent focused on working in the UK film and TV industry. It is a scheme that looks to reward people who have demonstrated determination and motivation in targeting their chosen career. The scheme also looks to help those whose careers have suffered set-backs due to unforeseen circumstances.

How will applications be judged?
The applications will be judged on both need and merit. Each application must be supported by two references from either educational or professional establishments. The applicant must give a clear plan for the use of the award and explain how winning will help to further their career.

The applicant must also include examples of their work with their application. Please ensure all applications are typed we can not accept hand written applications.

What are the deadlines?
CTBF Applications should be sent in by 31st July 2009. Sponsored Awards - Please see 'Our Sponsorship Partners' section for specific details on deadlines.
